What makes a good leader? What can the stories of past presidents teach us during a time of global uncertainty? How can our own presidential history shape leaders to come?

Don’t miss a timely discussion with Talmage Boston, a seasoned Texas litigator and author on the qualities needed in the United States’ next Commander-in-Chief.

TB HeadshotTalmage Boston has practiced law as a commercial trial and appellate litigator in Dallas, Texas, since 1978. He currently practices with Winstead PC, where he has been a shareholder since 1997. In addition to this full-time law practice, Talmage is a well-regarded author, having published numerous works on a variety of legal and historical topics. In recent years, Talmage has become one of the best known onstage public interviewers in Dallas, conducting interviews in front of large audiences with the likes of Henry Kissinger, James A. Baker III, David McCullough, Jon Meacham, Ken Burns and Douglas Brinkley, to name a few. In September 2016, the edited transcripts of these onstage interviews will be released as a book entitled Cross-Examining History: A Lawyer Gets Answers From the Experts About Our Presidents.
