Ervin Massinga is the current Deputy Assistant Secretary for Pakistani Affairs for the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs. Deputy Assistant Secretary Massinga has gained a wealth of knowledge in decision-making over the course of his career with the Foreign Service, having been posted in Sudan, Guinea, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Cote d’Ivoire, and China prior to the Office of Pakistan Affairs. The World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh welcomes you to take part in a riveting afternoon conversation focusing on Mr. Massinga’s experience with some of the United States’ most critical international relationships and the implications of recent events within these nations.
