Preparing for the Foreign Service Officer Test

June 25 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

A Review Session with Dale Giovengo, State Department Diplomat in Residence

The U.S. Department of State is dedicated to protecting and strengthening America’s interests abroad and right here at home. So whether constructing or managing Embassies throughout the world, explaining American foreign policy to citizens of other countries, or teaching entrepreneurial skills to young people in emerging countries, you can make a difference with the U.S. Department of State.

The Foreign Service Officer Test (FSOT) is an important part and the first step of the FSO selection process, covering job knowledge, English expression and situational judgement information necessary to work as a Foreign Service Officer. The FSOT also includes an essay. This session will do a “deep dive” into the test as well as help to prepare using sample questions. Please join Dale Giovengo, State Department Diplomat in Residence for the session.

Monday, June 25
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Please note that this event is NOT an open house format. The review session will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
