Pittsburgh attracts a lot of young talent through its universities, but many people end up leaving the city after graduation. Is there an issue in Pittsburgh with retention? I don’t think we need to keep talking about retaining talent. I don’t think we need to be afraid of people coming in and out of Pittsburgh, that’s part of the global world today. People live in different places and you want people that are well-traveled, you want people that have good perspective…It would be great if they stayed for a period of time. I think once we start getting more comfortable we’ll understand that a little bit of that churn is helpful for us. We want to make sure we are attracting great people to work here, to live here and be part of the next building of the region.
